The LiteratureStage offers a digital space for publishing, sharing, and discussing literary texts, essays, and cultural contributions. Use is permitted only for non-commercial purposes. Each publication must serve the creative engagement with literature, storytelling, or cultural topics.

You undertake not to upload any content that promotes hate speech, glorification of violence, extremist positions, gambling, cryptocurrencies, or fraudulent intentions. Contributions must be free of third-party copyrighted material unless explicit permission has been granted. Each user is liable for the content they upload.

The platform operators assume no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content uploaded by users. Liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform is accepted only in cases of intent or gross negligence. Use is at your own risk.

By uploading a text, you grant the LiteratureStage a simple, non-exclusive right to make it publicly accessible on the platform. All copyrights remain with you. You may delete your contribution at any time; the usage right then expires after a reasonable transition period.

We reserve the right to change these terms with four weeks' notice. Material changes will be communicated to you by email. Use may be terminated by either party at any time without stating reasons. In the event of violations of these rules, we reserve the right to immediate exclusion.
